One of the strongest blades I won that isn't truly Damascus steel, but is very close to the strength of such. This blade has a good weight to it, which makes it very easy to cut through many things given it has a sharp edge, which mine does. I was worried about the authenticity of the product as it is far cheaper than on the official musashi website and that in the pictures there is no "musashi" inscription on the gold colored metal piece above the guard. I got the free two day shipping and it promptly arrived. I was more than pleased when I took it out of the box. It was far more sturdy than i had expected and looked far better than in any picture. It did in fact come with a certificate of authenticity. I am very very satisfied with the purchase. criticisms - the piece that is supposed to have the musashi stamp does in fact have the stamp but doesn't fit, it wobbles around all the time. I'm unsure about the small oil colored lines that run throughout the blade, can't seem to wash them off but polishing may take care of that, however it may be just what the steel is supposed to look like (never owned this type of steel blade). It wasn't really that sharp at all, couldn't even cut into paper. Had to sharpen it myself and since i'm inexperienced I left some pretty gnarly scratches. It scratches extremely easily but i guess thats inevitable with something that is being used to cut things. If you want it for a display piece don't use it

I purchased this Katana to protect myself from zombies. You can imagine my disappointment when shipping was so slow that zombies had killed my whole family before it finally got to me. However, when it finally got here I was very impressed with the attention to detail. It is very sharp and light weight. The colors are beautiful. I have already used it to kill 7 zombies. One of which was the UPS man who had me sign for it. I didn't get a good look at him before I struck, but he appears to have turned back into a human after my fatal blow. Given the price, I was a bit skeptical, but was surprised that the quality was awesome. Good weight and balance. Very sharp. Some reviews have complained that it is made in China, but the Chinese have been making swords for over 2000 years. This is a Ten Ryu katana. One of the better low price swords, since a real Japanese katana would cost between $5000 and $50,000. Dual mekugi pegs add strength so there is no looseness between the nakago and ho. The hamon doesn't appear to be etched. I did however replace the saya with a leather wrapped one that I can wear over my shoulder.

This Cold Steel Warrior Katana is better than expected. I have had the sword for two weeks now.The sword arrived with some dirt on it that wiped off easily. I agree with other reviewers that this katana is blade heavy making quick recovery during forms more than a bit difficult. The blade is sharp enough to catch on a thumb nail when scraping over the nail to check sharpness but not shaving sharp. this is a fine weapon. It came sharp as a razor from the factory, still wrapped and oiled. The saya is wooden, no rattle and the sword will not fall out under duress. The hamon is real, not wire brushed, as other reviewers have stated. I agree with the previous poster, this is no toy. The Blade is undamaged after cutting the box it came in into slithers, and then a bleach bottle filled with water clean in half in one clean stroke. In practiced hands, this katana could make an attacker, or would be attacker, wish they hadn't crossed you in the first place. Zombies would fall in droves before the might of this blade!!!

The sword is relatively well balanced, ever so slightly tip heavy but overall the Katana feels comfortable in my hand and the weight doesn't throw me off. I had some slight difficulty removing the mekugi closest the tsuba but other than that the Katana came apart cleanly for inspection and cleaning.

Excellent training value for your $$. I own several of these. They are basically unbreakable, unlike oak or kamagong wood bokken, of which I have broken many. These polypro bokken are not as rigid as wood, so be aware of that. Also you'll want to put tape on the grip area, the polypro gets slippery when you're training and your hands are sweaty.

I am very impressed with this sword. The craftsmanship on the handle and hilt are very strong. It came sharpened, but not super sharp, it does come with a layer of grease to prevent rusting, Which is white. The entire construction is sturdy and has a great feel to it. I don't know if it's just an imprinted coloring on the blade or not. But I will say if it turns out to be a plain carbon steel blade, it still is worth way more then paid .

Alright.. As a outdoor survivalist/hunter I've had the pleasure of trying many different kinds of blades of all kinds. This particular sword has impressed alot so far. The wrapping is tight, the blade is sharp and the quality of steel is outstanding. My first attempt at a cut was a milk jug I had filled with water... Thinking I needed a fast strong cut I swung fairly hard only to think I had missed. The blade cut so smooth through the bottle (starting at the handle) I didn't even feel it connect with the bottle. Not sure if its luck but the first cut I did left no water on the blade, I thought that was pretty cool. I've handled many katanas and blades and ill tell you this one has an intimidation factor. Even if you are familiar with swords be mindful this one has a slightly different shape than traditional katanas. This is NOT A TOY. I'm very pleased and recommend this for collectors and someone looking for a SOLID beginner battle ready weapon. After several tests with meat/bone believe this to be an excellent choice for defense. I live in the mountains where there are wolves and mountain lions and I feel confident this would put an aggressive animal down easily. The handling is a bit blade heavy but the handle is long enough to have a comfortable swing with alot of blade side leverage to cleave with ease. Again, highly recommended.

This is my first sword. It came in perfect condition. The handle and wrapping were tight. The blade was very nice with no defects. The sword has a good edge but needed some final sharpening to slice stuff up. I filled a plastic bottle with water and it busted/cut it some and knocked it into the bushes. I sharpened it a little and re-tried my test. It sliced through with so little resistance it was a little scary. This thing is ready to go now. I also waxed the scabbard and it really made it shine. If its as tough as the videos show...its a keeper. I also bought a bokken to practice with.....which was a good call because a mistake might cost me some stitches or worse. :D

This Cold Steel Warrior Katana is better than expected. I have had the sword for two weeks now.The sword arrived with some dirt on it that wiped off easily. I agree with other reviewers that this katana is blade heavy making quick recovery during forms more than a bit difficult. The blade is sharp enough to catch on a thumb nail when scraping over the nail to check sharpness but not shaving sharp. Alright.. As a outdoor survivalist/hunter I've had the pleasure of trying many different kinds of blades of all kinds. This particular sword has impressed alot so far. The wrapping is tight, the blade is sharp and the quality of steel is outstanding. My first attempt at a cut was a milk jug I had filled with water... Thinking I needed a fast strong cut I swung fairly hard only to think I had missed. The blade cut so smooth through the bottle (starting at the handle) I didn't even feel it connect with the bottle. Not sure if its luck but the first cut I did left no water on the blade, I thought that was pretty cool. I've handled many katanas and blades and ill tell you this one has an intimidation factor. Even if you are familiar with swords be mindful this one has a slightly different shape than traditional katanas. This is NOT A TOY. I'm very pleased and recommend this for collectors and someone looking for a SOLID beginner battle ready weapon. After several tests with meat/bone believe this to be an excellent choice for defense. I live in the mountains where there are wolves and mountain lions and I feel confident this would put an aggressive animal down easily. The handling is a bit blade heavy but the handle is long enough to have a comfortable swing with alot of blade side leverage to cleave with ease. Again, highly recommended.

These are great practice swords. I've been using them for full contact sparring for months now. The only thing I've noticed is the hand guards tend to loosen relatively easily during hard strikes. Not really an issue. After using traditional wooden bokken for years, I'm never going back. I don't know why they're so expensive all of a sudden.

I am very pleased with this Musashi sword. It arrived quite sharp and with no issues such as warped blades. It included a cotton sword bag for storage and a certificate of authenticity. My sword had a slight rattle in the hilt. I was concerned that the hilt was loose, but, after removing the pegs, I was completely unable to budge the hilt. Turned out that the "rattle" was actually the Menuki, the little brass good luck charm that Samurai had placed under the wrappings. This is probably one of the best swords you can get in this price range.

수원에 돌아와 해물 가득한 저녁과 예쁜 빵집에서 따뜻한 차로 입가심하며



1박 2일의 해피한 여정을 모두 마무리하였다.

또한 인터넷에 맛집이라고 소개되어 있는 곳들도 참 많이 가봤습니다.
정말 맛있는 집도 있고, 솔직히 유명세를 타서 그렇지 맛은 없는 곳들도 많았네요.
제가 소개해 드릴 곳은 "손맛촌" 이라는 제주 갈치조림 전문점 입니다.
처음에는 이 음식점이 제주시내에 있다가 확장해서 교래리로 이전을 했네요. 제주시내에 있을 때에 참 자주 갔습니다.
손맛촌은 첫번째로 음식이 깔끔합니다. 일단 반찬 나오는 것 부터가 다르답니다.
여러 음식점을 돌아다니면서 제가 주메뉴가 맛있는 곳은 많이 봤는데 ...
대부분 반찬들은 별로 손이 가지 않는데, 이곳 반찬은 참 맛있습니다.
반찬만 몇번 리필해 먹을 때도 있었네요. 여러해 이 음식점을 가봐서 잘 아는 내용이네요.
계절마다 반찬이 조금씩 다르게 나오긴 하던데 ... 전반적으로 제 입맛에는 잘 맞았습니다.
가지무침? 이라고 해야하나요? 가지에 칼집을 내서 요리한 것인데, 제가 일반적으로 먹어보지 못한 조리법이더라구요. 저희 아내가 좋아하는 메뉴네요^^
손맛촌을 처음 접했을 때 ... 가장 인상에 남았던 반찬 메뉴가 "간장게장" 입니다.
몸통과 발로만 해서 담궜는데~ 간장이 짜지도 않고 ... 한 입에 쏙 먹을 수 있는 게장이거든요.
저도 참 좋아하고 ... 식사할 때 주위의 손님들을 봐도~ 평가가 좋은 반찬이네요.
저희가 손맛촌에서 가장 많은 먹은 메뉴는 갈치조림 입니다^^ 요즘은 흑돼지는 어느 음식점, 갈치조림은 어느 음식점, 회는 어디~~ 제주도 3년차가 되니 ... 대충 어디로 갈지 그림이 그려 집니다.

카카오는 10월25일 경기도 성남시 카카오 판교 사옥에서 기자 간담회를 열고 포털사이트 '다음'의 뉴스 및 검색 서비스 개편에 대해 발표했다. 이날 행사에는 여민수, 조수용 카카오 공동 대표가 참여해 직접 서비스 개편 방향성을 설명하고 질의응답을 이어나갔다.

경쟁자의 성공을 탐내지 말라

최근 정치권에서 제기되고 있는 실시간 검색어 조작 논란과 관련해서는 '실검'의 순기능을 살려 개편한다는 방침이다. 여민수 공동 대표는 "재난 등 중요한 사건을 빠르게 공유하고, 다른 이용자들의 관심사가 무엇인지 알 수 있게 하려는 본래의 목적을 제대로 실현할 수 있도록 개편할 것"이라며 "실시간 서비스에 대해 폐지를 포함해, 모든 가능성을 열어놓고 검토하겠다"라고 발표했다. '실시간'이 가져오는 파장이 커 실검을 개편할 필요성은 느끼지만, 사용자의 검색어 트렌드를 보여주는 순기능을 유지할 거라는 설명이다.



카카오는 뉴스 서비스 전반의 개편에 대해서도 시사했다. 여민수 공동 대표는 "카카오만이 할 수 있는 구독 기반 콘텐츠 서비스를 만들자는 방향을 잡았고, 그에 맞춰 새로운 플랫폼 준비에 착수한 상태"라고 밝혔다. 이어진 질의응답에서는 이에 대한 보다 구체적인 내용이 나왔다. "지금은 사용자들이 미디어를 자기 손안에서 재창조하는 시대이며, 인플루언서들이 만들어내는 콘텐츠, 블로그나 브런치에 쓰이는 글도 같은 의미로 미디어로 재창조되고 있고, 카카오만이 할 수 있는 방식으로, 세상에 존재하는 다양한 콘텐츠를 개인이 재구성하는 서비스를 생각 중"이라는 게 카카오의 서비스 뉴스 서비스 개편 방안이다.

신한금융의 3분기 이자부문 이익은 2조279억원으로 전분기에 비해 1.8% 늘었다. 반면 비이자부문은 전분기 보다 9.8% 감소한 8369억원을 기록했다.



시장금리 하락 등 여파로 수익성 지표는 다소 낮아졌다. 신한금융의 순이자마진(NIM)은 3분기 기준 1.99%로 전분기의 2.03%에 비해 0.04%포인트 떨어졌다. 핵심 계열사인 신한은행의 NIM도 전분기(1.58%) 보다 떨어진 1.53%를 나타냈다.



3분기 현재 신한금융의 총자산은 전분기에 비해 3.3% 늘어난 713조4595억원으로 집계됐다.



보수적 관리기조로 자산건전성은 양호하게 유지되고 있다. 신한금융과 신한은행의 3분기 기준 고정이하여신(NPL·3개월 이상 원리금 연체 부실대출) 비율은 각각 0.60%와 0.52%를 기록했다. 신한금융과 신한은행의 국제결제은행(BIS) 기준 자기자본비율은 각각 14.2%와 16.5%로 집계됐다.

토요일인 26일 서울 도심이 다시 ‘둘’로 갈라졌다. 조국 전 법무부 장관의 부인 정경심(57) 동양대 교수 구속 이후 첫 주말인 이날 서울 광화문과 여의도, 서초동 일대에서는 보수-진보 단체의 집회가 잇따라 열렸다. 우리공화당을 비롯해 전날 오후 7시부터 철야 릴레이 집회를 열었던 ‘문재인 하야 범국민 투쟁본부’ 등 보수단체들은 광화문을 중심으로 ‘문재인 대통령 퇴진’과 ‘조 전 장관 구속’을 주장하며 집회를 열었다.



지난주부터 서초동에서 여의도로 집회 장소를 옮긴 ‘사법적폐청산 범국민 시민연대(범시민연대)’도 이날 여의도 국회의사당 앞에서 집회를 갖고 ‘검찰개혁’ ‘고위공직자비리수사처(공수처) 설치’ ‘내란음모 특검’ 등을 요구했다. 경찰은 서울 시내 곳곳에서 집회·행진이 이어지자 충돌 등 만일의 사태에 대비해 135개 중대, 약 8000여 명의 경찰 병력을 투입했다.

이후 24일 경찰은 김 전 회장에 대한 구속영장을 신청했고, 법원이 26일 영장을 발부하면서 김 전 회장은 구속됐다.

윤씨는 당시 가혹행위가 어떻게 이뤄졌는지 묻자 "기억이 가물가물하지만 몇차례 구타당했고 3일 동안 고문을 당하고 잠을 못잤다"고 답했다.

8일 고려대학교 안암병원 순환기내과 최종일 교수팀(김윤기 교수·가톨릭의대 한경도 교수)은 음주빈도와 심방세동의 연관성을 분석한 결과 이같이 나타났다고 전했다.

홍콩 시위 현장 부근의 주차장에서 추락해 머리를 심하게 다쳤던 대학생이 결국 사망했다.

홍콩매체 사우스차이나모닝포스트(SCMP)와 로이터 통신 등 외신은 8일 병원 당국 등을 인용, 홍콩과기대학 2학년 학생 차우츠록(周梓樂) 씨가 이날 오전 8시 9분(현지시간)께 숨졌다고 보도했다.

정의당 심상정 대표는 자신의 이름을 내건 유튜브 방송 '심금라이브'의 첫 방송에서 1년에 1억 5100만 원에 달하는 국회의원 세비를 30%정도 삭감해야 한다고 주장했습니다.

홍준표 전 자유한국당 대표는 자신을 향한 당내 비판에 대해 반박했다.

8일 홍 전 대표는 자신의 페이스북을 통해 "당이 걱정되어 충고를 하면 그걸 내부 총질이라고 펄펄 뛴다"라며 "총질이나 한번 해보고 그런 말 해라"고 말했다.

봉준호 감독의 영화 ‘기생충’이 북미 수입 1100만 달러를 넘겨 올해 북미에서 개봉한 외국어 영화 중 최고 흥행 수입을 거뒀다.

11일 박스오피스 모조와 미국 연예 매체 버라이어티 등에 따르면 지난 10일(현지시간)까지 ‘기생충’은 북미 수익 1127만 8976달러(약 130억 9827만원)를 기록했다.

이는 올해 북미에서 개봉한 외국어 영화 중 최고 수입이다.

그전까지 1위는 지난 3월 개봉해 927만 달러를 벌어들인 ‘노 만체스 프리다 2’였다.

이로써 ‘기생충’은 누적 수익 1048만 달러를 기록한 ‘디 워’(2007)를 제치고 역대 북미 개봉 한국 영화 중 최고 흥행작이 됐다.

지난 주말(8~10일) 북미 내 ‘기생충’ 상영관 수는 461개에서 603개로 늘었다.

‘기생충’은 현지 관객과 평단의 좋은 평가와 함께 흥행에도 초록불이 켜지면서 내년 아카데미(오스카) 시상식에서 외국어영화상 수상 가능성도 커지고 있다.

연예 매체 버라이어티는 “‘기생충’은 아카데미상의 여러 부문에서 수상할 잠재력이 있는 것으로 보인다”고 분석했다.

연이어 인수합병(M&A)을 진행하고 있는 HDC현대산업개발과 지주사 HDC가 아시아나항공을 품고 종합그룹으로 도약할 수 있을지 주목된다. 아시아나항공을 HDC현대산업개발이 인수하는 것으로 사실상 확정됐기 때문이다. 일각에서는 HDC현대산업개발이 '오버페이'를 했다고 비난하고 HDC현대산업개발의 자금력에 대한 의문도 제기하고 있다. 반면 HDC현대산업개발은 자금력, 특히 현금 유동성에는 전혀 문제가 없고 오히려 아시아나항공 인수 후 본격 투자가 진행된다면 아시아나항공의 재무건전성이 상당히 개선될 것이라고 자신하고 있다.

11일 부산항만공사와 부두운영사 부산항터미널 등에 따르면 10일 오후 10시 40분께 남구 감만동 신선대부두 3개 선석에서 작업 중이던 안벽 크레인 7기가 강풍에 연쇄적으로 최대 100ｍ가량 밀리면서 일부가 서로 부딪쳤다.

중소벤처기업부의 연간 R&D 자금은 1조원을 웃돌지만 산업통상자원부가 중견기업에 지원하는 금액은 중소기업의 10분의 1 수준이다. 벤처기업 인수 때 대기업은 7년간 편입을 유예받는데 중견기업은 이 시한이 3년으로 단축된다. 일선 기업 현장에선 대기업보다 더 엄격한 잣대가 요구된다고 불만을 제기한다.

정부와 공공기관에 납품하는 공공조달시장에선 상당수 중견기업이 참여를 제한받아 중소기업과 갈등을 빚는다. 샘표식품은 장류가 중소기업적합업종으로 지정되자 군부대와 공공기관에 납품할 수 없게 됐다. 오랜 기간 한 분야에서 성장한 전문 중견기업이 사업 철수, 축소 등의 압박을 받아야 하는 현실이다. 소비자 입장에선 제품과 서비스 선택권을 제한받는 ‘독소조항’이란 지적이 많다.

이는 HDC그룹 정몽규 회장이 올해 초 "그룹 간 사업을 융합해 새로운 고객경험을 제공해 반걸음 앞서 나가야 한다"고 강조한 것과 무관하지 않은 행보라는 것이 건설업계의 분석이다. 정 회장은 "HDC그룹은 현재 호텔 및 쇼핑몰 운영, 빅데이터를 비롯한 계열사 간 시너지 형성에 필요한 기본적인 역량을 갖고 있다"며 "HDC만의 상품과 서비스가 고객에게 어떤 경험을 선사할지 고민해야 한다"는 철학을 직원들에게 강조했다.

금호산업은 12일 "아시아나항공 지분 매각과 관련해 지난 7일 최종입찰제안서를 접수했으며, 이를 검토한 결과 HDC-미래에셋 컨소시엄을 우선협상대상자를 선정했다"고 밝혔다.

이어 "향후 선정된 우선협상대상자와 주요 계약조건 등에 대한 논의를 진행할 예정이며, 아시아나항공 지분매각과 관련하여 구체적인 내용이 확정될 경우 재공시 할 예정"이라고 전했다. 이날 이사회는 3분기 보고서 추인을 의결하기 위해 열렸으며 아시아나항공 인수전 우선협상자 대상 안건도 결의됐다.

구주 매각가는 금호산업으로 유입돼 그룹 재건에 활용될 것으로 보인다. 반면 신주 대금은 아시아나항공의 재무구조 개선 등 경영 정상화를 위해 쓰일 예정이다.

이 때문에 금호산업 측은 구주 매각 대금을 좀 더 높게 받기를 바라지만, 채권단은 신주에 더 높은 가치를 두고 있다. HDC컨소시엄이 제시한 구주 가격은 4000억원 이하인 것으로 알려졌다.

본입상에 돌입하며 HDC 컨소시엄은 아시아나항공에 대한 상세한 실사를 벌이며 우발 채무 등을 낱낱이 점검할 예정이다.

올해 1∼10월 증가 폭은 41조6천억원으로, 작년 같은 때보다 18조9천억원 축소됐다. 1∼10월 누적 증가액은 2017년 74조4천억원에서 지난해 60조5천억원으로 줄어든 데 이어 올해도 증가세가 둔화했다.

금융위는 "10월은 추석 연휴 카드 결제 수요와 이사 수요 등으로 가계대출 증가 규모가 확대되는 경향이 있다"고 설명했다.

10월 은행권 가계대출은 크게 늘었다.

지난달 은행권 가계대출 증가액은 7조2천억원으로, 올해(1∼10월) 월평균 증가 폭(4조6천500억원)을 크게 웃돌았다.

앞서 서울 지역 아파트 매매와 전세 거래가 늘면서 가계대출 증가액은 지난 8월 7조4천억원으로 연중 최고치를 기록했다.

렌더링을 보면 아이폰12는 예전 아이폰4·5와 비슷한 느낌을 준다. 당시 아이폰4 디자인은 국내 판매 중인 '깻잎통조림'과 모습이 비슷해 일부 사용자에게 조롱받기도 했지만, 크게 인기를 끌었던 디자인이다.

MBN이 종합편성채널 설립 과정에서 자본금을 편법으로 충당했다는 논란에 대해 '회장 사퇴'를 골자로 한 첫 공식입장을 밝혔다.

MBN은 12일 회사 법인이 검찰에 기소되자 입장문을 내고 “오늘 발표된 검찰의 수사 결과를 무겁게 받아들인다”며 “먼저 장 회장이 그동안의 의혹에 대한 책임을 지는 차원에서 MBN 회장직에서 사임하고 경영에서 손을 뗄 것”이라고 했다.

금융위원회 산하 증권선물위원회는 지난달 30일 MBN 회사법인과 장 회장 등 3명을 검찰에 고발했다. 방송통신위원회도 같은달 31일 MBN이 자본금을 편법으로 충당하고 허위자료를 제출했다며 방송법 위반과 위계공무집행방해 등 혐의로 검찰에 수사를 의뢰했다. 검찰은 이와 별개로 지난 8월 말 금융당국으로부터 자료를 넘겨받아 수사를 진행해왔다.

앞서 시장에서도 본입찰에서 가장 높은 인수가격을 제시한 것으로 알려진 HDC컨소시엄을 유력한 우선협상대상자 후보로 꼽아왔다. 지난 7일 아시아나항공 매각 최종 입찰에는 HDC-미래에셋대우 컨소시엄, 제주항공-스톤브릿지 컨소시엄, KCGI-뱅커스트릿 컨소시엄이 참여했다.

본입찰 당시 HDC컨소시엄은 2조4000억원대, 애경그룹 컨소시엄과 KCGI 컨소시엄은 2조원에 못미치는 인수가격을 각각 제시한 것으로 알려졌다.

은행권 10월 가계대출 증가를 세부적으로 보면 주택담보대출이 4조6천억원 증가해 증가 폭이 컸던 8월(4조5천800억원) 수준을 웃돌았다. 10월 기준으로는 2016년 10월(5조4천억원) 이후 가장 큰 증가 규모다.

삼성전자가 내년 2월에 공개할 것으로 예상되는 갤럭시S11에 5배 광학줌과 1억800만 화소의 카메라가 탑재될지 주목된다.

12일 업계와 외신 등에 따르면, 갤럭시S11의 카메라 코드명은 나사의 우주망원경 '허블(Hubble)'로 알려졌다.

별도의 코드명을 부여한 것만으로도 카메라에 특화됐다는 관측이 나오는 가운데, 갤럭시S11은 잠망경 구조의 5배 광학줌을 지원할 것으로 예측된다.

환경부 산하 국립 낙동강 생물자원관은 "낙동강에 서식하는 한해살이 식물인 물옥잠에 공생하는 신종 미생물에서 전립선암 세포를 사멸하는 효과가 확인됐다"고 밝혔습니다.

기존에 남원 광한루, 밀양 영남루 등 10곳 가량의 누정이 보물로 지정돼있었으며 이번에 지정된 곳이 늘어나게 됐다. 이번 10건의 누정 문화재는 30일간의 예고 기간 중 의견수렴 및 문화재위원회 심의 등을 거쳐 보물로 지정될 예정이다.

문화재청 관계자는 "앞으로도 시·도 건조물 문화재 주제연구를 지속해 가치가 알려져 있지 않은 건조물 문화재를 적극 발굴해 국민에게 알리고 활용하는 사업을 추진하는 등 지역 문화재의 사회적 가치 제고와 주변환경 정비 등 역사문화환경을 개선하는 사업도 관심을 갖고 지원할 계획“이라고 전했다.

올해 4회째를 맞은 미쉐린가이드가 스타 레스토랑 선정과 관련해 공정성 논란이 계속되고 있다.

이 판결을 근거로 94명의 수험생은 2015년 세계지리 8번 문제로 피해를 봤다며 국가를 상대로 손해배상청구 소송을 제기했다. 1심은 손해배상을 할 필요가 없다고 봤지만 2심은 다르게 판단했다. 2017년 2심은 “명백하게 틀린 지문이 포함된 문제를 출제하는 오류를 범한 잘못은 평가원이 재량권을 일탈하거나 남용한 것으로 볼 수 있다”고 했다.

그러면서 출제 오류로 재수를 택했거나 대학에 뒤늦게 추가 합격한 수험생 42명에게는 각 1000만 원, 단순히 성적이 바뀐 52명에게는 각 200만 원을 지급하라고 결정했다. 이 사건은 대법원 판단까지 받게 됐고 2년 5개월째 계류 중이다. 대법원은 “현재 쟁점에 관해 종합적으로 검토 중이다”고 밝혔다.

2007년부터 2011년까지는 EU의 총생산액이 NAFTA보다 많았다. 교과서에도 평균치를 기준으로 EU가 NAFTA보다 총생산액이 많다고 나와 있다. 그러나 2012년 NAFTA가 EU의 총생산액을 역전한다. 평가원은 교과서대로 문제를 냈다고 주장했지만 수험생들은 정답이 잘못됐다며 행정소송을 제기했다. 2심이 수험생들의 손을 들어주고 판결이 확정되면서 평가원은 뒤늦게 성적을 정정했다.

수능 감독관을 상대로 한 소송도 여러 건 있다. 지난달 법원은 “감독관이 근거 없는 지시를 해 시험을 망쳤다”고 국가와 감독관을 상대로 소송을 낸 수험생에게 패소 판결했다. 수험생 A씨는 지난해 11월 열린 수능에 응시했고 문제지에 샤프로 이름과 수험번호를 적었다. 감독관은 “컴퓨터용 사인펜으로 쓰라”고 지시했다.

A씨는 문제지에 컴퓨터용 사인펜을 써야 한다는 규정이 없다는 이유로 700만원의 손해배상을 청구했지만 받아들여지지 않았다. 1심에 이어 2심은 “향후 문제지의 인적사항이 지워지거나 수정되면 응시자가 불이익을 받을 수 있다”고 밝혔다. 수험생을 위한 감독관의 적절한 지적이었다는 뜻이다.
